Shakeout Social hosted by Slow Pokes and Flight Crew Run Club powered by Nike Run and Ciele

Join us at RunAsYouAre this Saturday, May 4, at 8:30 AM for a social shakeout run. The Flight Crew Run Club and Slowpokes will lead a laid-back 3K or 5K.
